7 day diet

It's been awhile since I have been into this whole blogging thing but there is no time like the present to get back into it!
Let me start out saying this I try to live a very healthy life style and love to try new diets and exercises. I have tried almost every diet around, some I have had better results then others. Being busy with school and being a full time nanny I do not have time to make a meal for myself. So everything I eat I like to be quick, easy and healthy. However those three things normally do not go together. I am always reading new dieting tricks and new exercises. From my experience doing a 10 minute butt work out from a magazine does not make you look like a Victoria's Secret model. While procrastinating homework tonight I stumbled upon a diet that is suppose to make you lose 10 pounds in a week. Yes, I know that it is not the most ideal way to lose weight but swim suit season is coming up and a girls gotta do, what a girls gotta do.
After researching this diet for a little while it seems to have the same concept as the cabbage soup diet if any of you are familiar with it. Basically, It is a detox for your body you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables for three days then you start to add a little protein into your diet. What makes me nervous about diets like these is you lose the weight so quickly its hard to keep it off.
But I am going to try it out and see what happens. I will let you all know how it goes.
